This workflow catches errors in real time via a secured Sentry webhook (HMAC signature verified), checks whether it's a known pattern using a vector database lookup (RAG) against your past incidents, and uses Claude to classify severity and propose a fix as structured, validated JSON.
When confidence is high, it opens a draft GitHub PR with the suggested diff, root cause, and severity — reviewed by a human before anything merges. When confidence is too low, it falls back to a Jira ticket with the suggested fix attached. Every resolved incident is written back into the vector DB so future matches get faster and smarter over time, and every run is logged to an audit table for compliance.
Built-in safety: stack traces are scrubbed of tokens, emails, and secrets before reaching any LLM. The AI never merges or deploys code — it only ever proposes. Malformed AI output fails loudly instead of corrupting your pipeline. All credentials live in n8n's encrypted credential store.
