2. Eligibility & account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders, payment, and delivery

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy as applicable.
• After successful payment, digital goods (download links and files) are made available in your customer portal.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.

5. Usage rights

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased template for one (1) project, as described on the product page and in your account. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the template package except as permitted by us in writing.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Store or templates to violate law, infringe third-party rights, attack systems, or mislead end users. We may suspend access for breach.

7. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for configuring credentials, testing in your environment, and compliance with third-party services (e.g. APIs, n8n, UiPath, cloud providers).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of the Store shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific template giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
